Un giorno a Napoli
Italian Short Novel for Pre-Intermediate Learners (A2)
Every morning he leaves for Naples. Why?
Luca, 27, the guest in room 1, takes the six o'clock train to Naples every morning and comes back every night at eleven with a box of sfogliatelle for the guesthouse. 'I can't sleep in Naples,' is all he says. Tommi, who dreams of selling a photo story to a newspaper, follows him south. In the crowds of Spaccanapoli he loses his camera. A short, adult novel for pre-intermediate learners of Italian (A2).
