In July Nino goes back to Palermo for the first time in thirty-three years, with Rosalia, Giulia and Tommi. He wants to see his mother again, and to clear the name of Tano, the man who went to prison for a robbery he didn't commit. On the night of the Festino di Santa Rosalia, Tommi photographs the crowd, and on a woman's neck he catches a necklace of seven coral roses: the one stolen in 1994.

Trentaquattro gradi.

— Carrozza otto.

Nello scompartimento faceva caldo.
